- 2. First-time fix where possible – if parts are available, we repair the system on the initial visit.
- 3. Quotation for parts – if specific components are required, we provide a clear fixed-price quote.
- 4. Follow-up repair – we return to fit parts, test the unit and confirm full safe operation.
If we cannot complete the repair during the diagnostic visit due to specialised parts being required, you’ll always receive a written quote before any additional work is carried out.

Our Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits typically include:
- Filter checks and cleaning or replacement
- Coil and heat exchanger cleaning
- Refrigerant level and operating pressure checks
- Safety, electrical and control system checks
- Drain and condensate line inspection
- F-Gas leak checks and logbook updates (where applicable)
After every visit you receive a clear maintenance report outlining what was checked, any issues found and recommended next steps.
